About Us
Catholic Care of the Aged is situated in beautiful Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW with direct access to stunning beaches, waterways and surrounding rural landscapes. Port Macquarie has a large, modern hospital with access to many specialists.
Catholic Care of the Aged (CCA) has been an integral part of the St Agnes Parish in Port Macquarie since 1975. It has progressed from a 56 convalescent home and a 38 place aged care hostel to the present day with more than 600 people under its care umbrella. It also now manages a facility located in Kempsey, offering low care and respite services to this community.
CCA offers a warm, caring and compassionate environment that caters for the full continuum of the ageing process from self-sufficiency through to full dependency, “particularly those in need”, as per our Mission Statement. We aim to provide positive lifestyle choices and a person-centred approach to care for older people that will enrich and fulfill their lives.
CCA has successfully achieved Accreditation since inception in 2000.
CCA offers a range of lifestyle and care options to include:-
