Residential Care

CCA offers a total of 339 beds in its five care homes including respite and crisis beds.  Each facility provides a home like environment for elderly people who require supervision, care assistance or nursing care and assistance with day-to-day activities.


Residential care is available for people who are capable of living with a degree of independence and who need support to manage daily tasks.  Services like cleaning, meals and washing are provided at the care home as well as some personal care and nursing support.  Our care facilities comprise:-

About our Residential Facilities

Residents enjoy a home-like atmosphere that is fully supported by qualified and caring personnel 24-hours a day.  Our facilities offer a range of personal and nursing care services, in line with residents' care needs, which may include:

All of CCA's residential facilities are fully accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency.


Our accommodation provides:-

  • Spacious lounge and dining area with home-like ambience

We invite residents to decorate their own bedroom with personal furniture, pictures and ornaments to reflect their individual character and taste.

  Secure environment   

Competent staff provide care 24-hours a day and monitor residents' needs with call bells being strategically placed at the facility.


Nutritious home-style meals are prepared by our professional catering team at the Marian Hospitality Centre.  We offer rotating and varied menus and special dietary needs gladly accommodated. Mealtimes are always a pleasurable and social experience.

Laundry Services

All bed linen, towels and personal clothing are provided with a full laundry services provided for resident’s own clothing. 

 Other Services  

Visiting Physiotherapist, Podiatrist and Hairdresser are available on a fee-for-service basis.  Please ask the Manager at your preferred location.

Lifestyle Programs

 Activities and outings are regularly organised, in consultation with residents, to maintain a feeling of belonging and involvement.CCA have three buses, one of which can take wheelchairs and a scheduled lifestyle programs with an emphasis on resident input. Residents often enjoy:
