St Agnes

St Agnes, which opened in November 1987, caters for frail aged, dementia residents and couples. The home maintains an excellent reputation for its excellent quality of care of residents and support for their families from its dedicated and experienced team of staff, many whom have been with the home for a large number of years.  The team strives at all times to maintain a happy, relaxed family atmosphere, with strong links to the community via the many volunteers and village residents who feel “part of the home”.

St Agnes is set in its own grounds with leafy gardens. Garden beds are waist high allowing the residents to enjoy and work with the plants and flowers.  The bedrooms each have en suites and are large in size with built-in wardrobes.  The facility has a lovely family feel to it with a high focus placed on community participation in a wide range of activities all catering for individual needs.  A range of awards have been won for our extensive lifestyle activities program.
