SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM FOR STATE PRIMARY  SCHOOL CHILDREN

The children from the State Primary schools meet at St Peter’s Primary school for a preparation day on a Saturday several weeks prior to the Sacraments of Confirmation, Reconciliation and First Communion.

 

 

 

 

LITURGY OF THE WORD FOR CHILDREN

Held at the same time as the 9.00am Sunday Mass.  Before Mass begins, the celebrant invites children aged 3 to 12 to go to the Liturgy of the Word for Children held in the Presbytery Board Room.  They return to the Mass for the liturgy of the Eucharist.
