JOPRIM is the uniform shop for all St Agnes’ Parish schools. The primary purpose of the Store Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations of the JOPRIM retail outlet, including staff, suppliers, stock and financial management. RESPONSIBILITY

JOPRIM is the uniform shop for all St Agnes’ Parish schools. The primary purpose of the Store Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations of the JOPRIM retail outlet, including staff, suppliers, stock and financial management.  JOPRIM is relocating to a new building and the initial focus of the role will also be on the implementation of business planning and development activities for the retail outlet. In fulfilling this purpose the incumbent is required to be familiar with, support and act in accordance with the Parish Vision and Mission as they relate to this position.

SELECTION CRITERIA – ESSENTIAL

  • Diploma of Retail Management / Certificate IV in Retail Management and/or at least 5+ years Retail Management experience
  • Demonstrated financial ability to understand pricing, stock movements, reconciliations, budgets and interpretation of reports
  • Demonstrated Information Technology skills in creating reports; monitoring data entry procedures processes; checking data captured for accuracy; managing information flow
  • Excellent computer skills with demonstrated ability in Microsoft & retail/POS software systems
  • Demonstrated administrative skills in maintaining organisational systems, policies and procedures; and managing computer based information and reports (including web maintenance).
  • Ability to effectively lead a team of staff
