We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Bus Driver to provide transport to Catholic Care of the Aged residents and other Parish staff and clients, and to adequately maintain the Catholic Care of the Aged bus fleet.

Catholic Care of the Aged (CCA) is an integral part of St Agnes’ Parish, Port Macquarie.  With over 600 people in our care, CCA is the largest aged care provider within the areas of Port Macquarie and Kempsey.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Bus Driver to provide transport to Catholic Care of the Aged residents and other Parish staff and clients, and to adequately maintain the Catholic Care of the Aged bus fleet.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

·         Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles

·         Ability to work with a Person-Centred Philosophy

·         A genuine interest in and compassion for the aged

·         LR Licence with a clean driving record

·         First Aid certificate

·         Ability to work flexible hours

·         Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)

CONDITIONS

Above Award salary and conditions are provided in accordance with Care Service Employee, Grade 3 of the Diocese of Lismore Care Services NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement (2014-2017). 

SELECTION PROCESS

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and on the basis of qualifications, experience, performance and demonstrated skills in the workplace.  Applicants will need to attend an interview and may also be required to undergo employment screening.  Successful applicants will be notified directly.
