Unified by a common mission, St Agnes’ Parish provides services to the community in various sectors, including Aged Care, Community Services, Children’s Services, and Education and Training.

The Parish requires a suitably qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to assist and support the Priests of the Parish, the Parish Pastoral Assistant and the Presbytery Office Manager by performing a wide range of administrative duties.

• Demonstrated experience in administration support, preferably in a front office environment

• Experience and confidence liaising with internal and external customers at all levels

• Strong organisational skills, with the demonstrated ability to coordinate a range of activities within a busy office environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to empathise and adjust communication accordingly in diverse situations

• Cert III Business Administration – desirable


The position is in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award 2010.
