THE POSITION

In this rewarding role as a Care Service Employee, you will be eager to work collaboratively with your team to deliver person-centred care to our valued residents. You will be excited for the opportunity to make a real difference to our residents’ lives. You will enjoy being a part of a values driven culture and will be able to address the selection criteria outlined below.

We currently have a number of part time vacancies in both care and ancillary (kitchen/cleaning). Hours will range from 40-50 per fortnight. Casual opportunities are also available.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • Ability to use a smart phone, navigate the internet and other computer programs
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts during the week and weekends
  • Qualifications and experience (desirable):
    • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (Care roles), or
    • Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen/cleaning roles)
    • Previous experience working with and supporting the aged (care roles), or food handling/kitchen experience (Kitchen/cleaning roles)
